Managing my CSA Membership
Thank you for supporting Hilltop Hanover Farm with your CSA membership!
Using Your Card
The Square Gift card you have or will receive in the mail is your CSA account. Your account is a credit for you to use on anything sold in the Farm Stand or in our online Farm Store. Please keep the 16-digit code and 4-digit pin number in a safe place. Throughout the season, as you make purchases in the our online store or farm stand, the purchase total will be deducted from your CSA Account.
You will need to add your CSA card as a payment method to your account the first time you use it.
Online Farm Store:
At checkout, use your CSA card to complete the payment information. Fill in the contact information, then on the right hand side, just above the place order button, check 'Apply Coupon or Gift Card' and enter your CSA card information. You must click "Place Order" after you enter your CSA number to complete the transaction. Your updated balance will be displayed with your order notification.
Please check your email for an Order Confirmation receipt from Square. If you do not get a confirmation email, the order did not go through and you should try again or come during Farm Stand hours.
TIP: You can save your payment information for quicker ordering each week.
Farm Stand: You can use your physical CSA Card for payment at the register, or provide us with your name/email address and we can charge your purchase to your CSA card.
Checking your Balance
We've made checking your CSA balance easier than ever before.
- On the back of your CSA card is a QR code. Use your phone or smart device to scan the code and you will be taken to the Square web page showing your current balance.
- You can click on the button below and entering your card information.
- Hilltop Farm Stand staff can provide you with your CSA balance at the register!
