HOT: Join the ancho cult! Also know as poblanos, these long, blocky peppers are the signature ingredient in chile rellenos. Typically two-lobed, this sturdy pepper is excellent for stuffing or roasting. Considered mild to medium, poblanos are known more their smoky flavor than for their heat.

A true heirloom favorite with a history of stewardship by the Nardello family in Connecticut dating back to the late 1800's.
