Join the Hilltop Hanover Livestock Manager, Jess Farrenkopf, this Saturday June 19th at 12pm for a tour of the farm that awakens all of your senses.
As you're shown around the growing fields you'll be invited to step into the farmers' shoes for a day and harvest and sample food as you go. Smell the difference between Lemon Thyme and Regular Thyme, taste the extra hit of spice that develops in a radish during the hot summer months, and the sweetness of a freshly picked pea.
Along the way you'll hear about our growing practices and learn the way that our farmers like to prepare the food grown on the farm. You're bound to leave with at least a few snacks in your hand, recipes in your pocket and a better understanding of what to do with those vegetables to make them even more delicious!
