Thank you for your interest in our Food Sovereignty Share Program

The request form for our Food Sovereignty Share CSA Program is currently closed.
Please check with us again next Spring as we continue to find ways in which to help our neighbors.

What are Food Sovereignty Shares?

Each share is a CSA Membership with a $100 credit that can be used for any item sold in our farm stand or online store.  As CSA members, you have access to members-only discounts, specials & exclusive freebies in the Farm Stand all season long!

Read more about our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, how it works and the benefits of membership here

How do you know if you qualify?

Everyone's circumstances are different....but if you are struggling to feed your family fresh organically grown vegetables, this is for you.  If you still aren't sure, we encourage you to apply anyway.

How do I use the Food Sovereignty CSA membership?

Come shop onsite at our Farm Stand or place an order for your vegetables and regional products in our online store.

Farm Stand Hours: Fridays 1pm - 6pm | Saturdays 10am - 4pm | *Sundays 10am - 4pm
*Sundays are June - September only.  Hours are subject to change based on seasonality.

Online Store Hours: opens Tuesdays at 4pm and closes on Thursdays by 4pm.
Orders placed online must be picked up the same weekend at the Farm Stand during regular hours.

Important Info:

  • Our farm is located at 1271 Hanover Street in Yorktown Heights and is not easily accessible by public transportation.  To receive a Food Sovereignty share you must be able to get to the farm during our farm stand hours.  Even pre-orders placed in our online store must be picked up during these times.  Unfortunately, delivery or transportation are not available this season.
  • Food Sovereignty shares and CSA benefits are active for the duration of the main growing season, which is from June 1 - November, 2022.
  • This program is offered at no cost to any recipient.
  • We value your privacy and assure you that any information provided will be kept confidential.
  • Shares are limited and can be requested until all have been given out.

Please note - Every Food Sovereignty Share has been donated by a generous Hilltop CSA member or customer.

The Hilltop Hanover Farm Food Sovereignty CSA Program was created to further our mission of the development and advancement of accessible food systems for all.

We would like to thank the farmers at Rock Steady Farm and Soul Fire Farm for their inspiration and guidance in creating the Hilltop Food Sovereignty program.
