In these challenging times, with so much upheaval and uncertainty, we need to find ways to pause, to settle our nervous systems and to tend to our hearts.
Nature-based meditation can be profoundly restorative: deepening our sense of interconnection with the natural world and offering a taste of ease, self-compassion, perspective and delight.
Over the course of our day together, we will open to the nourishing qualities of the woodlands, farm and fields of Hilltop Hanover Farm. We will engage in meditative and sensory awareness practices that will enhance our appreciation of the beautiful Hilltop Hanover land. We will also reflect on ways of bringing these practices into daily life.
Please join us on the farm for a day of deep nourishment, rest, regeneration and wonder.

Open to those new to meditation as well as experienced meditators. Activities will include seated meditation and gentle hiking and walking.
Please bring your own lunch and dress comfortably for a day outdoors.
