Elevate teamwork and collaboration
Join us for a fun and rewarding experience while promoting your corporate citizenship.
Hilltop Hanover Farm offers a tiered range of team building days for corporate volunteer groups. These team building days offer a chance for coworkers to work together outside their usual office routine with others outside of their departments, making socially responsible contributions to the local community while building a camaraderie that's carried back into the office with long lasting benefits.
During a Corporate Volunteer Group visit, you will be able to:
- Learn about our various programs and sustainable practices in an exclusive tour of our facilities
- Work alongside our farmers in the field
- Help with maintenance around the farm
- Accomplish projects that benefit the farm, community, and the wellbeing of your corporation
- Utilize our facilities to connect with your organization outside of the office
Please refer to the chart below which outlines the different tiers, or experiences, available for corporate groups.

Is there a limit for the number of employees?
Yes: for the Friend Tier, up to 5 employees per visit
For Tiers One and Two, up to 25 employees per visit
What days and times can my group volunteer?
We can arrange your visit for Thursdays or Fridays between the hours of 8am-3pm throughout the season, excluding holidays.
Are any supplies needed?
No, we will provide all tools and equipment needed for your visit. Due to the risk of spreading pests or disease, we ask that visitors do not bring their own tools from home.
What areas can my group volunteer in?
Possible group tasks vary season by season and sometimes week to week. If you prefer to help out in a specific area of the farm, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
What are the options for snacks/meals during our visit?
At this time we are unable to provide food service on behalf of the farm. However, groups are welcome to bring or order their own meals or snacks to enjoy. Fridge space is available for storing food while volunteering, and picnic tables or an indoor space will be reserved for your group. A list of recommended local food options is available upon request.
Can we shop at the Farm Stand?
Groups are welcome to shop in the Farm Stand during its operating hours: Thursday - Sunday, 10am-4pm. Unfortunately exceptions cannot be made for visits on different days.
