Outstanding in the Field: Hilltop Hanover Farm
Outstanding in the Field is a radical alternative to the conventional dining experience. The aim is to connect diners to the origins of their food while celebrating the hardworking hands that feed us: chefs, farmers, fisherpeople, cheesemakers, vintners, brewers, and culinary artisans. Outstanding in the Field will be bringing this experience to Hilltop Hanover Farm to engage in a community-based farm-to-table experience using the bounty of the farm.
