Mother's Day Herb Planters
Hilltop Hanover Farm's planters are filled with wonderful aromatic herbs that will produce throughout the summer and fall. Each eco root pouch (planter) is made from reclaimed plastic bottles and filled with six fragrant organic herbs. Thyme, tarragon, chives, rosemary, lavender, and sage.
These herbs will look wonderful indoors or out. They will continue to produce throughout the summer and into the fall.
