Kraut & Kimchi Fermentation

Learn to make traditional German sauerkraut as well as a spicy Korean Kimchi. We will talk about modifying recipes and using the lacto-fermentation method with a wide variety of vegetables. Participants will bring home a sample to ferment on their countertop.
