Interested in establishing your own vegetable garden, but unsure of where to start? Have no fear, Hilltop Hanover is here! Geared towards novice growers, this workshop includes a carefully crafted vegetable kit containing Hilltop Hanover seedlings, Hudson Valley Seed Library seeds, plus a one hour lecture on gardening techniques. This workshop will provide you with everything you'll need to start growing on your own. During registration you will be required to indicate which workshop, if any, you will attend. Lectures: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, or just pick-up between 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Vegetable Kit includes: regional hardy plants and seeds ; diagram and instructions for planting seeds and vegetables; one- hour lecture with our farmer and seasonal Instruction manual.
