Homeschool at the Farm I: Springtime!

This homeschool-specific program will introduce students to the lively processes at work on our organic farm as spring awakens. Through hands-on field work, meeting animals and plants in the fields and greenhouses, and a visit to the historic farm buildings, we’ll get up close and personal with the cycles of growing and food production, learn about history, and put our energy to work in the soil, all through the lens of sustainability and stewardship. Our programs are designed to supplement science and environmental education standards, and students will discover these concepts for themselves as we explore spring at Hilltop Hanover. Offered in conjunction with Farm to Table!
