With the arrival of June, we celebrate the increasing bounty of food in our fields and fight back against the ecological footprint of conventional produce. Have you ever wondered about the journey your produce takes to reach your kitchen table? A tomato from the supermarket may have traveled thousands of miles before it is consumed, but your tomato never travels further than from the field to our farm kitchen. This is your opportunity to prepare the freshest meal you’ve ever eaten, as we harvest vegetables together, then create a delicious spread right here on the farm.
