Join us for a Community Farm Work Day at Hilltop Hanover Farm!

Do you enjoy getting your hands dirty and working outdoors? Then mark your calendars for our Community Farm Work Day on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 10am - 12pm.

The day's activity has been confirmed: help harvest over 15 varieties of winter squash! Volunteers will work alongside farmers as we learn how to identify and collect ripe delicata, candy roasters, butternut, red kuri, and more! Appreciate the fall's bounty as we swap recipes and work together to bring these distinctive and delicious crops.

Lifting, bending, the use of pruners is required for this activity. If you would like to join with a large group, please reach out via email. No prior experience necessary. All abilities and ages are welcome, but please note that youngsters must have adult supervision.

This activity is drop-in friendly, and visitors are encouraged to join us for some or all of the event while enjoying the rest of the activities at our Head for the Hilltop event happening on 10/5 from 10am-2pm!
