Mindful in Spring: A Half-Day Nature Retreat for Renewal & Well-Being
In this restorative half-day program, we will open to the beauty and nourishment of springtime amidst the rolling fields and woodlands of Hilltop Hanover Farm. We will explore nature meditation and mindfulness practices that enhance our connection to the earth and that offer us ease, resilience, perspective and tranquility.
Activities will include sensory awareness practices, seated meditation, nourishing silence and gentle hiking and walking, led by meditation teacher, Liz Slade.
This program is open to new and experienced meditators alike.
Liz is a mindfulness teacher, nature meditation guide, social emotional learning consultant and educational therapist. She has an abiding love of nature and a deep belief that nature-based meditation provides a doorway to inspiration, ease, healing, wonder and joy.
