Mindful in Field & Woodlands: A Half-Day Nature Retreat for Ease, Abundance, & Joy

In this restorative half-day program, we will savor the bounty of September amidst the rolling fields and woodlands of Hilltop Hanover Farm. Attuning to our innate connection to this season of change and abundance, we will explore nature meditation and mindfulness practices that enhance our connection to the earth while offering us support, perspective, and peace. Activities will include sensory awareness practices, seated meditation, nourishing silence, and gentle hiking. This program is open to new and experienced meditators alike. Pre-registration is required with a $25 program fee.
Our guide will be meditation teacher Liz Slade. Liz is a mindfulness teacher, nature meditation guide, social emotional learning consultant, and educational therapist.
