The Friends of Hilltop Hanover Farm & Environmental Center are dedicated to the development and advancement of sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, community education, and accessible food systems for all.

Capture the summer sunlight, and turn the seasonal bounty into a yearlong feast! This winter, open up a jar of summertime and enjoy a taste of the season's best: join us for our preserving series with Maggy Keet of Planetarian Life. Exact veggies for this class will are TBD and will be updated closer to the event!

$20 per person. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult, children 5 and under are free.
