Yoga at the Farm
Designed for anyone new to yoga, looking to brush-up on the basics, or seeking to develop a home practice. You will be guided through a yoga class with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Learn the foundation asanas (postures), proper alignment, basic pranayama (breathing techniques), and mediation as well as discuss and explore yoga as a philosophy and practice. Classes are taught by Michelle Graham, Certified Yoga Instructor, and designed for those seeking a well-balanced array of poses that promote flexibility and strength, with variations that are suitable for all levels.
