Yoga Flow
Join RYT-200 & Reiki Master, Pina Tripodi, for a 4-week summer yoga series! This open-levels class will be a gentle vinyasa flow that focuses on breath-to-movement. Pina lives yoga on and off the mat and incorporates the importance of this into her classes by encouraging breathing through sensations, moving with intention, and practicing mindfulness. Start each class with a brief guided meditation and end each class with a reiki-infused savasana that will leave you feeling at peace.
